Where the Leather Comes From

At Annreal, every bag starts with existing materials. I work with discarded leather from old factories, vintage sofa leather, and deadstock hides—materials that would otherwise go to waste. Many of my leathers come from the former Linda factory, where I found my first pieces stored away in my grandmother’s home.

Each leather has a story, and I choose to celebrate its unique marks, textures, and imperfections. By using what already exists, I aim to reduce waste and honor the material to its fullest.

How the Bags Are Made

Every Annreal bag is handmade in Estonia with care and attention to detail. The process is guided by sustainable practices—each design is crafted from upcycled materials, with a strong focus on reducing waste and making the most of what already exists.

Hardware, such as metal hardware, is partially upcycled and partially new—always chosen for both quality and responsibility.

Each bag is carefully constructed, one by one. No mass production. No shortcuts. Just honest craftsmanship and timeless design, built to last and grow more beautiful with time.
